The front desk staff answered all my questions quickly. They were warm and very friendly. Breakfast offered many tasty options. It was nutritious and delicious. The staff in charge of breakfast was helpful too.
I found no glass for water in the room! There also wasn't an electric kettle. The refrigerator didn't work. It was very small. A cleaning lady knocked in the morning when I was supposed to check out. She entered without permission.

convenient location helpful staff decent breakfast
The location was really convenient. The monastiraki metro station was a short walk. many restaurants and stores were close to the building. the staff were amazing. Stavros and nikos were helpful and nice. breakfast included eggs, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and more.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times . the employees work very hard and provide prompt assistance. the front desk was always staffed. I felt safe walking around.

The rooms were very clean. Towels and sheets were changed daily . the bed was comfortable and big enough for my stay. the room faced the street and was quiet.

Breakfast included a lot of tasty options. The front desk staff was always willing to answer questions. The staff was warm and friendly, I appreciate it. The hotel location is great and clean.
The bathroom had a funky layout, it was not practical.
